How can I switch my cleanse products?

Simply sign into your account to change your ingredients or email your request to [email protected] telling us your ideal product combination for a cleanse.

What is your return policy?

All of our products have a 100% money back guarantee! If you are not fully satisfied with your Truly Organic products, have changed your mind or receive an unwanted order just conatct [email protected] and our customer service representaitives will aid you in completing your return. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product (successfully delivered). If the order was a mistake and the package is unopened, you can simply write "return to sender" on the package and give the package to your local USPS mail courrier to be returned to us at no charge; When received, one of our customer service representatives will contact you and process your full refund at that time. If your package is opened, please email our customer service team at [email protected] As long as the return process is started within the 30 day return window, your return will be accepted. As soon as the return package is received we will process your full refund, contact you and provide you with a receipt for your refund. Funds will be returned to the card used to make the original purchase and will take between 3-6 business days to show in your bank account.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

It's our ultimate goal to make your life a little better, so before you cancel, we'd love to know if there's anything we can do to better serve you. Please call us anytime to offer your insights, thoughts, or criticisms – and we'll do everything we can to make it right. However, if you do wish to cancel, you may do so at any time and there is no cancellation fee. Truly Organic strives to provide the best service and personal experience, but if you decide to cancel your Bundle subscription(s), you can do so by calling Truly Organic at 1.800.413.1022 Monday - Friday 10AM - 5PM Eastern. However, you can skip your next renewal at anytime right on your customer dashboard and still accumulate loyalty points towards a free bundle. Please note: Accounts cannot be cancelled via email, Facebook or other forms of social media. International Members: You may email [email protected] to cancel your membership, please include your name, email and reason for cancellation. Domestic orders cannot be cancelled via email, please see above info.

Can I order just one cleanse without signing up for a monthly subscription?

We do not sell bundles without signing up for the monthly subscription, although you can cancel your subscription at anytime. So, if you decide after you receive your first cleanse you do not want your cleanse next month, that is no problem at all.

What if I still have product leftover at the end of the month?

Truly Organic is made without synthetic preservatives which means you get the freshest ingredients from mother nature. To get the most out of your cleanse it's best to use your products before the nutrients degrade in quality. Our formulas are self-preserved and you can continue to use your cleanse beyond it's best by date.

How long does it take to receive my bundle?

If this month's batch has been sold out - your bundle will be reserved from next month's batch. Your ingredients are picked fresh each month - it may take up to two weeks to receive your first bundle.

How do I track my order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order ships with a USPS tracking number.

Where does Truly Organic ship?

Shipping is free for all orders within the United States that are over $50. International shipping is available with a flat fee of $14.99.

Can I skip a month without canceling my subscription

Yes, just sign into your membership portal and choose to skip a month. You will not be charged for the current month and your subscription will resume the following month. Please refer to “What if I still have product leftover at the end of the month?” for more information.

When will I be billed each month?

You will be billed at the same exact day each month and your cleanse will be shipped out a day or two after processing your payment.
